PROJECT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR | PROJECT SECRETARY (Infrastructure) – Midrand, Gauteng
R20 000 – R30 000 Per Month based on qualification and years of relevant experience
Contract role up until March 2026
Our Client, a Global Strategic Management Consulting Firm is currently in search of a highly organised, admin savvy, highly articulate, professional and self-motivated Project Support Administrator to join their dynamic Project Management team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all phone, face to face and email queries
- Developing and managing online document management systems on Sharepoint
- Applying Document Management System (DMS) best practice.
- Formatting and updating all presentations and associated documents in line with best practice and at short notice
- Assisting Client and project staff with:
- Travel arrangements
- Diary coordination
- Sourcing and booking of external venues
- Scheduling meetings
- Resolving access cards issues
- Meeting management which includes:
- Arranging meetings
- Diary management
- Booking venues
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Taking minutes, distributing minutes to relevant stakeholders and updating on the online document management system
- This role will require flexibility in working hours when deadlines need to be met.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric / Grade 12
- Certificate in office or project or related administration
- 6+ years’ experience in an Project Support Administrator | Project Secretary | related
- Experience gained within the Consulting or Engineering or Construction or related field is highly advantageous!
- Proven ability to take minutes of meetings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular proven experience in assisting with the development of MS Powerpoint presentations
- Proficiency in MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
